01How long until we see qualified pipeline?

Phase 1 (Diagnose and Design) takes 30 to 45 days. Phase 2 (Install) takes another 30 to 45. By day 90 the system is running. Consistent qualified meetings typically start landing in months 4 to 6, as authority and outbound start compounding.

02Do we own the system after the engagement?

Yes. Every piece of the architecture is yours: the CRM configuration, the target account map, the ICP definition, the outbound infrastructure, the reporting alignment. We hand off documented, working systems your team continues to run. The system stays even if we don't.

03What size companies do you work with?

Owner-led and founder-led B2B firms doing $5M to $50M in annual revenue, primarily in manufacturing, industrial, IT, and technical services. Operationally strong, but growing reactively. Companies under $5M typically need a different motion. Above $50M usually have internal teams in place.

04How is this different from a marketing agency?

A marketing agency produces output: campaigns, content, ads. We install infrastructure: the structured acquisition system that turns interest into qualified pipeline. We measure pipeline volume, conversion, time-to-close, and revenue concentration. Activity metrics are inputs to us, not results.

05What if we already have a sales or marketing team?
